Dan is a partner and the Global Co-Head of the Technology Transactions Practice within White & Case’s Global M&A Group and Global IP Group. His practice covers a wide range of commercial law matters, in particular the exploitation and protection of all types of technology, data and intellectual property.

Dan is highly experienced in leading business-critical projects relating to technology implementations, outsourcing and software development, acting for major IT vendors and also buyers in the financial services, online, manufacturing and retail sectors. He advises numerous clients on complex data protection, cyber security and confidentiality issues.

He also advises clients on complex IP transactions and disputes across a range of sectors. Much of his work relates to high-profile brands, high-value data, cutting-edge technology and sophisticated online activities.

Dan is a member of iTechLaw, the Society for Computers and Law, the Intellectual Property Lawyers' Organisation and the Technology and IP Committees of the International Bar Association.
