Carmen now serves as Lead Counsel at Lucid Motors for European commercial legal matters and the German market. She leads high‑stakes contract negotiations and regulatory engagement. Her work covers consumer and customer disputes, procurement and supplier relationships, business training, and legal support for international expansion projects across Europe, including distressed supplier scenarios and high‑value strategic transactions.
